Are a husband's wedding band and wife's engagement/wedding ring supposed to match?
My boyfriend and I are going to get engaged in December, and I want to go ahead and get his wedding band. I know the engagement ring he has for me is Platinum. Traditionally, is his wedding band supposed to match my engagement ring and wedding band, or is it kosher for them to be different?

they do not have to match. it is just whatever the person prefers. i have white gold and my husband has yellow gold.

It is hypoallergenic metal, so it can be ideal for people who have a sensitive skin. Therefore platinum bands are so much popular in new generation. But the only problem is its cost. High quality platinum wedding bands are made up of 85 to 99.9 % platinum and therefore they are really expensive. You can also choose titanium wedding bands as they are very comfortable to wear and have a rugged look.
