I bought an engraved Apple iPod Touch 8gig from the Apple Store..?
And I went out to Best Buy about an hour later to buy a case for it. While at Best Buy, I noticed that they had it on sale for $163, so I called my Dad, and he told me to run home to cancel the order. By the time I got home though, I couldn't cancel the order. So I called Apple to see what I should do, and I spoke with a rep. She acknowledged that my iPod was engraved, and that the one at Best Buy does not have the engraving, but I told her that saving money is more important right now. She told me that if I refuse the shipment, then I should be alright.
I read that the personalized iPods are not returnable unless DoA. Can anyone tell me if the lady was right? What will happen if I refuse the shipment? Will I get a refund? Will there be a restocking fee?

it usually takes them a few days to get it engraved, but they might have made this faster recently, I would refuse the shipment and if you aren't issued an immediate refund, file a dispute with your credit card company and let them deal with apple. then go buy the ipod at bestbuy.
